I created the Continuum Collection™ as a framework for exploring places within grief through symbolic touchstones, reflection, and shared experience.
Grief is not a problem to solve or a path to complete. It is a natural response to love, loss, and change. The Continuum Collection offers a way to engage with grief differently—not by searching for answers, but by becoming curious about what is present.
Through symbolic touchstones, guided reflection, and facilitated experiences, participants are invited to explore the many ways grief is experienced and the perspectives that emerge along the way.
The Continuum Collection is built around four symbolic touchstones—four places within grief that many of us encounter throughout our lives.
A place of burden, responsibility, sorrow, and longing. Here we acknowledge what we are carrying and the heaviness loss can bring to our hearts, minds, and bodies.
A place where moments of beauty, hope, gratitude, and connection continue to exist alongside grief. Here we discover that even in loss, life continues to offer moments of light.
A place of perspective. Here we recognize the terrain of grief is ever-changing, shaped by our experiences, relationships, and circumstances. No two landscapes are exactly alike.
A place of presence and recognition. Here we honor our experiences without judgment and bear witness to the experiences of others. Through witnessing, we discover that we are not alone.
As an End-of-Life Doula and volunteer hospice professional, I've witnessed how deeply people long for spaces where grief can be explored without pressure, timelines, or expectations.
The Continuum Collection™ was created to offer a different way of understanding grief—one rooted in curiosity, reflection, and shared discovery.
Rather than telling people how grief should look or where they ought to be, the Collection invites them to explore the many places within grief and discover what their own experiences have to teach them.
There is no right path. No finish line. No expectation to move on.
Only an invitation to notice where you are, honor what is present, and find meaning in the place before you.
The Continuum Collection™ is currently offered through guided circles, workshops, and reflective practices.
Future offerings may include journals, symbolic touchstones, and additional opportunities for personal exploration.
If you'd like to learn more about upcoming experiences, I'd love to hear from you.
